The project consists of a 40 story building on top of a 7 floor podium and a 5-story parking structure, with two stories below grade.
The residential building will also include state-of-the-art amenities including a 4,100 square-foot fitness center, landscaped terraces with multiple outdoor social areas, a water feature, summer kitchens, casual seating, and a resort-style rooftop pool and spa. The business lounge will offer conference and break-out rooms, work niches, a coffee bar, communal working tables, and lounge seating. The unit mix for the residential tower is a single studio apartment, approximately 66% one-bedroom, and 34% two-bedroom units. The unit mix for the residential podium is approximately 9% student, 64% one-bedroom, and 27% two-bedroom units.
